The only negative was that the reception was unmanned when I arrived and I waited some time before anyone acknowledged me. I noticed it was the same after my appointment and that a very large queue had formed. Other than that, the experience was fine.

My appointment was at 12.20pm but I was not seen until about 12.45. I was then told that they were running behind and would I like to go away and come back in 20 minutes. When we came back we still had to wait another 20 minutes and we finally got out at about 1.55pm. They were really busy and they were asking other people to go out and come back later. During this time the staff were being very polite and apologetic.
